Weight Loss challenge day 1….

Today is day one of the fitness challenge for M and I!

Wooooo Hooooooooo!

Ok, maybe it’s not that exciting, but the 5 day challenge is off to an excellent start! :-)

We are both logging our calories in and sticking to our limits.

I did Jillian’s 30 day shred DVD this morning, and I went walking/jogging with G this evening. Total about an hour and 15 minutes of exercise today… not too shabby, I’m ahead of the game!

    You're doing well. I have such trouble keeping track of calories and what I eat because I ALWAYS forget to write it down.

  2. Thanks Ebony! I have a hard time with it too; it is definitely a conscious effort. I keep a little note book in my desk and in my purse, so if I don’t have time to input my food into I at least write it down so I don’t forget. But sometimes I don’t even do that… I’m very up and down, but one thing I learned is to ride the “up” for as long as you can! Good luck to you and thanks for reading!
