I still have a lot to loose, so I should still be shedding pounds, even if it’s only 1 pound at a time. You can still gain muscle and loose weight, but there are so many other factors (hormones) that can alter what the scale says. Your clothes will definitely help you tell how your body is changing, but I think you would see that more when you are toning up and not necessary loosing weight. Which would explain the weight gain? From my experience...its best not to focus so much on the weight, but how your clothes fit and if you are getting closer to the figure you desire.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
