That...Hey you're still under that 200 mark! That's awesome. And damn popeyes for their buttery, delicious biscuts!!!!!! I must say though, lifting weights will change anybody's body and metabolism immensely for the rest of their life....cardio doesn't do it for me. :) Don't get me wrong, I'll sweat it out 3-4 times a week for 20 minutes or so. But, I hit the weights hard and heavy 5 days a week for sure.
